RAIN’s Case Managers are ready to help you navigate the HIV/AIDS system of service delivery. Your Case Manager will help you access such services as:

1. Medication Assistance
2. Social Services
3. Health Care
4. Dental Care
5. Housing Assistance – HOPWA 
6. FreshLife Food Market – Third Friday of Each Month *Call for details
7. Registered Dietitian on staff 
8. Transportation to appointments
9. ADvantage Medicaid Case Mangement 
10. HIV Prevention – Condom Distribution – Education
11. Linkage to Care
